By creating an account or using Wellness Coach (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Wellness Coach generates personalized nutrition and workout plans using AI, tracks check-ins and logs, and adapts your plan over time. The Service is provided for general wellness purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or dietary program, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, or are pregnant.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account & Security
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You will not share your account or use someone else's account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods. The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card.
5. Acceptable Use
- Don't use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud others.
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or break the Service.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to upload, including photos or videos of other people without their permission.
6. Your Content
You keep ownership of the workout videos, photos, journal entries, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely so we can provide the Service to you. We don't sell your content and we don't share it with third parties for advertising.
7. AI-Generated Content
Plans, recipes, exercise suggestions, and coaching feedback are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable recommendations for your individual circumstances. Use your judgment, listen to your body, and substitute or skip anything that doesn't feel right.
8. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific health, fitness, or weight outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
